Tracey Jackson is a User Experience Designer for Pricewaterhouse Coopers Digital Services (PwC Digital). For over a decade, she has designed both desktop and mobile interfaces, created information architectures and performed usability studies and user research for numerous Fortune 500 companies. She has earned certifications in Usability Testing, User Research and User-Centered Design, an MBA from Kaplan University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
Ms. Jackson also serves on the executive board of the Miami-Dade chapter of the FAMU National Alumni Association. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta
Sorority Incorporated – Eta Nu Zeta Chapter in Miami Gardens.
