Tracey Jackson is a User Experience Designer for Pricewaterhouse Coopers Digital Services (PWC Digital). She has designed both desktop and mobile interfaces, created information architectures and performed usability studies and user research for numerous Fortune 500 companies. She recently designed an internal mobile and desktop system that will soon be rolled out to over 40,000+ users. She has over a decade of experience designing for web interfaces
along with implementing systems with front and back-end developers. She has earned certifications in Usability Testing, User Research and User Centered Design from Ohio University, her MBA from Kaplan University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
Ms. Jackson is also a co-founder of the Pricewaterhouse Cooper Digital Toastmasters club, a member of the FAMU National Alumni Association’s Social Media Committee and Public Relations Director for the Miami-Dade Chapter of the FAMU NAA. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated – Eta Nu Zeta Chapter.
